On Friday 31st August, we board a plane for Rome for another two glorious months in Eremo Paradiso. Again an assortment of friends will be joining us to share the wonders of Assisi and Umbria - many have been before, a few will experience it for the first time. We're wondering what the weather will be like. Italy has been baking in the hottest summer for 100 years, and my weather app says this week it will be in the mid to high 30's all week. From 5 degrees in Crookwell (today's temp so far) to 35 will be a shock!
